With 23 years of experience in sales, leadership, and business development—more than half of which has been in the financial services industry—Jeffrey brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Before joining Pence Financial Group, he made a lasting impact at LPL Financial, where he built the firm’s new advisor development program from the ground up. That program, still in use today, was recognized as a finalist for a prestigious “Wealthies” award from WealthManagement.com in 2019, honoring innovation that transforms the daily lives of financial advisors.

Jeffrey’s background includes leading teams, designing scalable growth strategies, and fostering advisor success across a wide range of platforms. He earned his B.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, where he developed the foundation for his clear, effective communication style and strategic thinking.
