Jeff joined Pence Financial Group in 2021, bringing nearly a decade of experience from his tenure at the LPL Financial home office in San Diego. During his time at LPL, he developed a deep understanding of financial operations, advisor support, and enterprise-level strategy. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and an accounting certificate from the University of San Diego, equipping him with both the analytical and practical skills needed to lead in a fast-paced financial environment.

He also holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations through LPL Financial, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and regulatory integrity. Jeff’s ability to connect operational strategy with advisor success makes him a trusted leader and a driving force behind the firm’s continued growth.

Getting to Know Me

Outside of the office, Jeff is known for his adventurous spirit and love of the outdoors. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, exploring new destinations, and indulging in culinary experiences wherever he travels. A fitness enthusiast, Jeff stays active through long-distance running, hiking, and working out—and he’s often joined by his dog on scenic runs around Southern California.
